Welcome to the Flamingo Boathouse!
Our beautiful boathouse gives you a great holiday feeling to enjoy the tranquillity on the water with the vibrant city centre of Rotterdam within reach.
The boathouse has a large private south-west faced terrace on each side and two private parking spaces right in front of the door. The kitchen is fully equipped with fresh coffee bean machine, dishwasher, etc and boat is fitted with a bath, electrical heating and a nice romantic pellet stove for the cold winter nights.
We are more than happy to inform you about all the possibilities that Rotterdam has to offer and can lease you a small boat to see Rotterdam from the waterside.
The space
The boathouse is equipped with a King size box spring bed. Kitchen is fully equipped.
Coffee and tea making facilities, airco, bath, stable WiFi, TV, front and waterfront terrace.

De woonboot van Amber en Robert oversteeg onze verwachtingen. Een prachtig stukje Rotterdam, zeer centraal, maar toch heerlijk in de luwte. Aan het water met een groot terras en een eigen steiger voor een romantische avond aan het kabbelende water. Bij aankomst voelden wij ons meteen thuis. Wat een lieve mensen zijn dit. Gratis parkeren, de verwarming stond al aan en een welkomstdrankje in de koelkast! De boot is zeer netjes afgewerkt en schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Een heerlijk bed, een complete keuken en een echte pelletkachel. Alsof je bij een knisperend haardvuur zit. Een echte aanrader voor een romantisch en rustig weekend weg of als uitvalsbasis om Rotterdam te ontdekken. Wij komen hier zeker nog een keer terug. Dankjewel!

Amber’s and Robert’s houseboat was our first houseboat experience and we loved it! It’s located almost in the middle of Rotterdam and you can take daily bike trips to every Rotterdam attraction easily if you want to. The houseboat itself is very nice, very comfortable bed, nice couch with an amazing view on water and boats passing by. You will probably also get a daily visit from two beautiful swan couple that come directly to your window. Big kitchen with everything you want and need and even more. Hosts also provided us with a delicious local wine and beers which we think is very nice. Houseboat has also a nice warm pellet stove that warms the place up very quickly. We stayed there for only 4 nights but I can see myself to easily stay there for a longer stay as 4 days felt too short for us. Amber and Robert were extremely nice and responsive hosts and we felt extremely welcomed as their guests. We would totally come back in the future.
